Today, Sept. the 11th, is a beautiful day for football. Michigan faces a huge test at Notre Dame, Michigan State plays at Ford Field and the Lions make final preparations for a game that they have been working toward for more then eight months.

It’s a great day to be a football fan, a great day to be an American.

Enjoy football to its fullest, it’s the American way.

At the same time we can’t forget what happened nine years ago today.

Fly your flag, bow your head, however you choose to remember.

Just remember.
